Indoor Stretch

Beginner's Fitness Program

A comprehensive workout plan designed specifically for those who are new to fitness or returning after a long break. It includes a range of exercises that help build strength, improve cardiovascular health, and increase flexibility.  


Kids Beginner Workout

 Each episode focuses on improving breathing, posture, and mobility skills through fun and simple exercises. The workouts include exercises from Pilates, yoga, contemporary dance, and ballet. The videos are short and step-by-step, making it easy for kids to follow along.

Practicing Yoga

In this energetic flow you’ll do a Full body flow for balance, flexibility, and mindfulness.
